		Summary: Toastmasters have a unique program to empower new members. It is called “Mentoring”. A mentor is an experienced member who provides guidance and support to empower protégés. But as long as members want to keep going as a Toastmaster, both a mentor and a protégé can get benefits from each other.

These have a good effect on my job as well as my daily life.
