	The charge on plastic check-out bags has become mandatory and it has already succeeded to make more than 70% of convenience store customers refuse bags.The political method called "nudge" under the charge is now changing our behavior with the knowledge of behavioral science.

	Thought of the day (2 min):
	TM Kida :
	TM Adachi : Because of the corona virus, we couldn’t go anywhere. Then I cleaned my house thoroughly. I threw many books, clothes, and something I don’t need anymore. And we started using zoom to communicate. It might be a good chance to renew our environment.
	TM Kunisawa : Things change. From a mercury thermometer to an advanced electronic one, from a manual car to an automatic safe car and others. I wonder if this coronavirus problem would be a thing of the past in the years ahead.
	TM Ando : Shops started charging for plastic bags for the good of our environment. We have an awesome traditional culture “Furoshiki”. It is said that Furoshiki is the oldest eco-bag in the world. Its shape and usage haven’t changed much since the old days. Simple is the best. Let’s use it!
