	TM Kida :
	TM Adachi : Because of the corona virus, we couldn’t go anywhere. Then I cleaned my house thoroughly. I threw many books, clothes, and something I don’t need anymore. And we started using zoom to communicate. It might be a good chance to renew our environment.
	TM Kunisawa : Things change. From a mercury thermometer to an advanced electronic one, from a manual car to an automatic safe car and others. I wonder if this coronavirus problem would be a thing of the past in the years ahead.
	TM Ando : Shops started charging for plastic bags for the good of our environment. We have an awesome traditional culture “Furoshiki”. It is said that Furoshiki is the oldest eco-bag in the world. Its shape and usage haven’t changed much since the old days. Simple is the best. Let’s use it!

		Summary: My rule to avoid getting sick is not using smartphone after 9 PM. I leave my smartphone out of my bedroom at night. When I go to the bed, I read a book. Reading a book leads to good sleep.
