I visited the Isiteji temple which is the
one of the 88 pilgrimage temples. I found a donation box for making
a new temple for the LGBT. Japanese Buddhism recognizes and
helps them without arguments.

Title : My Wish came True
I had once attended TM Kochi meeting about 8 years ago, but I
couldn’t continue to be a member at that time. The opening date was
changed from Monday to Saturday and I have finally become a real
member of TM Kochi now. My wish came true! I would like to study
here eagerly with your help.

Title : The Reason Why I Joined Kochi Toastmasters Club
In 2007 I went to New Zealand for an office excursion.
Then I realized that my English skill was so poor. I needed to
brush up my skill. I decided to join Koch Toastmasters
Club.Since then my journey of Toastmasters club continues.

Title : An Encouragement of Public Speaking
I picked up 3 benefits to learn public speaking from Yukichi
Fukuzawa's words and highlighted the fact that his encouragement
of public speaking has been alive for more than 140 years.
I strongly believe that our active attitude on public speaking will
make next encouragement of public speaking in Kochi for current us
and future generations.

She divided this session into 2 sessions. First session was hold in
a group of 3 or 4 members. The topics were as follows.
1) Talk about your present situation or guests’ introduction.
2) Why did you join TMC? Why do you stay in the club?

1 TM Cooley You are going to finish 5 years of teacher career in Kochi. How
was the life in Kochi?
2 TM Hashimoto If you could ago anytime and anywhere with a time machine,
when and where do you want to go and what do you want to do?
3 TM Shinomiya We are travelers from Northern countries. Please tell us where to
go and what to do in Kochi.
4 Ms Esther We are travelers from Kochi and thinking where to visit. Please
tell us how attractive your hometown is and persuade us to go
there.
5 Mr. Lyann If you could meet anyone you like, who do you want to meet and
what do you want to do with him/her?
